TIG Distributing Inc is seeking a PDM Production Associate for a full-time role in Ellsworth, IA. You will support daily production operations by preparing, processing, packaging, and inspecting products in compliance with GMPs and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, monitoring quality, and maintaining thorough documentation. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Clear written and oral communication.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to procedures.
• Monitor production to ensure product quality and report deviations.
• Perform quality checks on raw and finished products including labeling accuracy.
• Follow GMPs, food safety guidelines, sanitation procedures and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
• Assist in setup, changeover, and cleanup between runs.
• Complete production logs and batch records for traceability.
