Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator in Salisbury, MD to operate process equipment while adhering to site operating, Quality, cGMP, and safety procedures. The role requires availability for all shifts and potential overtime.

Responsibilities include weighing components, inspecting products, sampling per QC procedures, and packaging finished goods. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience as a manufacturing process operator.
• Experience with chemical or batch production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select and weigh components per batch records.
• Move components to weighing area or dumping station.
• Examine finished products for consistency and blend characteristics.
• Sample products per Quality Control procedures.
• Record lot numbers and weights of all materials.
• Reconcile weights and yields on batch formulation sheet.
• Package finished goods per batch specifications.
• Reconcile quantity packages with production yield.
• Assign dates and lot numbers to product labels and affix labels.
• Maintain mixing and packaging equipment; clean area per OSHA/GMP.
