Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated Packaging Operator in Cockeysville, MD. This on-site, full-time role runs Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM with overtime as needed, and offers benefits after 90 days along with a 401(k) with company match after one year of service.

Responsibilities include labeling, inspecting, and packaging finished products, operating packaging equipment, and maintaining production logs while adhering to GMP and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write in English and perform basic arithmetic.
• Basic computer skills and use of Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Label, inspect, and package finished container products using manual and automated systems.
• Operate packaging equipment and support set-up/changeover activities.
• Perform data entry and generate/imprint labels; verify accuracy.
• Maintain accurate production documentation (logs, batch records, work orders).
• Communicate product/process status between shifts and prioritize needs.
• Follow GMP and safety requirements and maintain a clean work area.
