Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, Farmingdale, NY, is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize and maintain GMP-compliant manufacturing processes. You will drive improvements across production lines, ensure quality, and support compliance with SOPs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years in manufacturing, Six Sigma/Lean certification, and strong data analysis and teamwork to collaborate with R&D, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification required.
• Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred (nutraceutical/pharma/food).
• Teamwork mindset, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process optimization to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality while GMP-compliant.
• Ensure GMP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to streamline processes.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to FMEA documents.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety protocols and train associates across shifts.
