Piping Rock Health Products, Inc. is seeking a Process Support Engineer to optimize and maintain GMP-compliant manufacturing processes. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all shifts.

You will collaborate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Supply Chain to drive process improvements and ensure safe, compliant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of GMP manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma/Lean certification required.
• Experience with process automation and control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Optimize manufacturing and packaging processes for efficiency and quality.
• Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to SOPs.
• Collaborate with QA, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to FMEA documents.
• Implement lean principles for continuous improvement.
