Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, Inc. seeks a Process Engineer to optimize and maintain GMP-compliant manufacturing processes in a high-volume facility. You will lead continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across production lines.

This role requires 5–7 years in process engineering, Six Sigma or Lean certification, and strong collaboration with QA, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain. On-floor presence across three shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of process engineering experience in GMP environments.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain GMP manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with QA, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and drive CAPA.
• Conduct risk assessments and support FMEA documentation.
• Provide on-floor leadership across three shifts and training.
