Job summary

Lilly, a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, seeks a Process Engineer to maintain reliable operation and qualified state of equipment and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals while ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.

You will work within a GMP environment on equipment design/operation, apply root cause analysis, and engage with OEMs to deliver projects and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
• 1+ years engineering experience in GMP or highly regulated environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and improve safety culture.
• Lead troubleshooting to resolve equipment and operational issues.
• Demonstrate technical expertise on processes/equipment and SOPs.
• Engage with OEMs and vendors to support projects and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, operations, and maintenance.
• Establish control systems and monitor equipment performance.
