Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily meetings, understand instructions and organize production steps.
• Follow Batch Records, Inventory Sheets and Log Books.
• Follow SOPs related to equipment, products and processes.
• Transport raw materials weighing up to 50 lbs and use proper lifting techniques.
• Set up and adjust manufacturing/packaging equipment for peak performance.
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning within cGMP guidelines.
• Document work on SOPs and other instructions and check for accuracy.
• Train new employees on equipment operation and GMP basics as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team and other departments.
• Wear PPE as required and adhere to safety policies.
