Job summary

Nutramax Laboratories, Inc in Lancaster, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production and packaging operations, ensure cGMP and quality standards are met, and provide supervision in the absence of the Supervisor.

You will organize and prioritize activities, monitor performance, train staff, manage materials and equipment, maintain a clean safe work environment, and communicate with adjacent departments to achieve daily goals.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of cGMP in pharmaceutical, dietary supplement or food environment.
• Experience or training related to cleaning equipment in relevant industries.
• Ability to learn cleaning equipment and handle basic maintenance tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and packaging operations team on a daily basis.
• Enforce cGMP, SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Train employees and supervise in absence of supervisor.
• Organize and prioritize daily production activities to hit goals.
• Monitor performance of employees, products, and equipment and report findings.
