Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and English comprehension required.
• Understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and manufacturing methods preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, health, environmental rules, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Packaging dry and liquid chemicals following SOPs and Batch Records.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging machinery; clear jams and make minor size/flow adjustments.
• Document procedures and verifications in Batch Records with accuracy.
• Inspect and remove defective products; record rejected items.
• Label finished products and complete documentation for packaged items.
• Paletize finished goods or pack products into cartons; secure items by hand tying or fastening.
• Safely operate hand trucks and forklifts and maintain clean workstations.
