Job summary

INCOG BioPharma is seeking an Equipment Specialist for a 2nd shift to set up, operate, and maintain GMP manufacturing equipment on inspection and packaging lines. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement while ensuring quality and timely production in a regulated environment.

You will support process engineering and operations, troubleshoot issues, perform validations, and help drive manufacturing excellence at the Fishers, IN facility.

Qualifications

• 7 years GMP pharmaceutical experience with GMP equipment installation, operation, cleaning and maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow production and manufacturing procedures.
• Operate and set up production equipment including changeovers.
• Accurately document batch records and data.
• Lead batch start up activities and production cycles.
• Train team members in inspection/packaging operations and sanitation.
• Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and improvements.
