Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a GMP Supervisor to coordinate activities within the GMP program and supervise both company and temporary staff. The role requires ensuring sanitation and OSHA compliance with site SOPs while maintaining accurate records and reporting.

The successful candidate will train employees, monitor safety, and help drive continuous improvements. Some travel may be required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, technical training, professional certifications, and progressively responsible experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams will also be considered.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities within the GMP program and supervise company and temporary employees.
• Inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare written reports and manage pass down and monthly updates.
• Track equipment and supplies inventory and schedule maintenance.
• Monitor safety and report issues to management; enforce corrective actions.
