SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Supervisor to coordinate activities in the GMP program, supervise staff and temporary workers, and ensure compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations, and site SOPs. The role involves occasional travel and oversight of training, inspections, and reporting.

The candidate will lead a team, schedule activities, monitor equipment and supplies, and maintain records. A bachelor's degree in a related field and strong leadership are preferred for this

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Equivalent education, technical training, or certifications with progressive leadership experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommends training and issues discipline.
• Prepare written reports, such as pass down, and/or weekly/monthly updates.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, and schedules maintenance and repair.
• Track supplies inventory.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE to assure safety compliance.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager.
• Correct at risk behavior immediately, then reports to the manager immediately.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
• Maintain records, i.e., training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
