Zusammenfassung

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a GMP Lead to oversee activities within the GMP program and ensure safe work practices. The role includes training staff, coordinating tasks, maintaining records, and reporting incidents. A high school diploma and at least two years of tech experience are required, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

The position runs Friday–Tuesday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with a pay rate of $22.00-$23.00 per hour. This on-site role may require driving to various sites and facilities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of high-tech experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee activities within assigned areas in the GMP program.
• Train employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities.
• Provide reports, such as pass down.
• Perform service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Issue equipment and supplies.
• Monitor personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
• Report to supervisor immediately.
• Report accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Provide recommendations for areas that need improvement.
• Maintain records, training, inspections, data collection.
• Logbook compliance—accurate completion.
• Ability to drive to various work locations as needed.
