Job summary

Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler I to support Manufacturing in Drug Product production. You will receive GMP raw materials, quarantine and release them, issue materials to Manufacturing, and assist with clinical vial labeling and shipments to labs.

The role requires accuracy, reliability, and teamwork, with experience in Microsoft Word/Outlook and inventory software; DOT/IATA training is a plus. 1-3 years of shipping/receiving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Accuracy and reliability are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Problem solving and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of inventory tracking software.
• Preferably DOT/IATA training.

Responsibilities

• Learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
• Quarantine and release GMP materials following established procedures.
• Issue GMP materials to support Manufacturing.
• Assist with clinical vial labeling.
• Weekly cleaning of Material Management rooms and transport carts.
• Receipt of MFG retains and receipt of QC tested material retains.
• File all Material Management documents, MM binder upkeep.
• Distribute mail.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
