Job summary

Axogen, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Material Control Technician to support process controls for human tissue and critical supplies within the cGMP Axogen Processing Center.

You will assist in manufacturing operations under the guidance of supervisors and engineers, ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and safety guidelines. The role involves receiving and moving materials, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Good written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, picks and ships raw materials, supplies and/or finished products in conjunction with internal and external requirements.
• Handles, moves and stores various non-hazardous and hazardous materials.
• Coordinates timely accurate flow of materials from warehouse inventory to work-in-process/production areas.
• Coordinates timely accurate flow of finished products to support shipments to customers and other destinations.
• Maintains the quality system, including proper FIFO and first in/first out practices.
