Job summary

EyePoint Pharmaceuticals's Manufacturing & Operations group is seeking a Training & Compliance Lead for the Northbridge site. The role ensures floor-level training, regulatory compliance, and readiness for internal and external audits, coordinating with Quality and Operations to maintain qualified personnel and cGMP adherence.

This site-based position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in regulated manufacturing, including training or compliance work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in regulated manufacturing with 2+ years in training/compliance roles.
• Experience with cGMP, safety guidelines, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-the-job training and onboarding for manufacturing technicians and operators.
• Manage LMS to assign courses, log completions, and generate reports.
• Conduct competency assessments to certify operators' safe operation of equipment.
• Support audit readiness with training documentation and records.
