Job summary

EyePoint Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Manufacturing to lead day-to-day GMP manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement. You will drive manufacturing strategies, manage a diverse team, and partner with Quality, Engineering, and Regulatory to maintain inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Sr. Director, Manufacturing & Technical Operations and is based onsite at the Northbridge, MA facility,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Operations Management, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) preferred.
• 8–12 years of GMP manufacturing experience, including 3–5 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure quality, compliance, on-time delivery, and efficiency.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with forecasts and business goals.
• Manage and develop a multi-shift manufacturing team.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory expectations.
• Support readiness for regulatory inspections and audits.
