Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking a Process Technician for our manufacturing and packaging operations. You will operate and maintain production equipment, ensure GMP compliance, and perform in‑process quality checks to support high‑quality products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing facility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attitude, interpersonal skills, and inclusive teamwork.
• Experience with computerized/ automated systems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work irregular hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing and packaging equipment per GMP/SOPs.
• Complete line clearance, cleaning, inspections, and documentation.
• Set up basic equipment and transport processing gear as needed.
• Perform in‑process quality checks and resolve basic issues.
• Document activities ensuring data integrity and traceability.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production schedules and quality goals.
• Identify issues and escalate appropriately to minimize downtime.
