Job summary

Alamar Biosciences is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our GMP manufacturing team in Fremont, CA. The role focuses on manufacturing intermediates and finished products in a controlled environment with a strong emphasis on compliance, quality, and safety.

You will perform filling, sealing, packaging, labeling, and quality checks, support reagents formulation, maintain clean production areas, track inventory, and assist with cycle counts.

Qualifications

• AA degree in a scientific field or HS degree with relevant industry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform filling and sealing of components using manual and automated equipment.
• Package finished products.
• Label printing.
• Quality checks against specifications.
• Support other manufacturing activities such as buffers and reagents formulation.
• Maintain laboratory and production areas.
• Track manufacturing supplies and consumables inventory.
• Support cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow work instructions under the Quality System.
• Adhere to laboratory safety practices.
