The role requires a high school diploma or GED (associates/bachelor’s preferred) and 0–1 years of manufacturing/packaging experience. It involves working shifts, safety compliance, and basic math plus computer skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
  • 0–1 years’ experience in manufacturing/packaging preferred; FDA-regulated environment preferred.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in the metric system.
  • Accurate documentation and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform fundamental tasks in Packaging: packing, stacking, material handling.
  • Clean equipment and facilities to GMP standards.
  • Document production activity accurately in real time.
  • Operate Level 1 packaging equipment (Shrink Bander, Labeler, Cartoner, Case Sealer).
  • Receive product and materials for Packaging operations; support ISO 14001 compliance.
  • Follow safety rules and gowning protocols.
