Job summary

Alamar Biosciences in Fremont, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our GMP manufacturing team. The candidate will perform filling and packaging of reagents, labeling, and quality checks in a controlled environment.

A degree in science or equivalent experience is needed; strong attention to detail, teamwork, and good communication are essential as you maintain production areas and support inventory accuracy. The role offers a base hourly pay plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• AA degree in a scientific field or HS degree with combination of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability in following established procedures and maintaining detailed manufacturing records.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail and good communication skills.
• Able to work under minimal supervision to deliver results.
• Experience with inventory management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform filling and sealing of components using manual and automated equipment.
• Perform packaging of finished products.
• Perform labeling printing.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Support other manufacturing activities such as buffers and reagents formulation.
• Maintain organized production areas and labs.
• Track manufacturing supplies and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Quality System work instructions.
