Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Technician I, Tech Services to support GMP manufacturing by maintaining gowning inventory and ensuring equipment sterility. The role reports to Supervisor, Tech Services and supports manufacturing operations at the Harmans, MD site.

Shift: Day shift 7am-7pm on a 2-2-3 rotation, 100% onsite. Responsibilities include following cGMP/SOPs, stocking gowning areas, equipment cleaning, and training compliance to drive quality and efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years in a regulated environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs minimum.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Lean, action-oriented organization with strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and across teams.
• Extended standing, bending, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and adhere to cGMP & GDP.
• Keep gowning areas stocked with supplies.
• Perform equipment washing, sterilization, and autoclaving tasks.
• Conduct cleaning of processing equipment and areas per procedures.
• Maintain training up-to-date for cGMP operations.
• Perform other duties to meet department and company objectives.
