Job summary

Catalent is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II in San Diego, CA. This 100% onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, supporting Phase I/II GMP manufacturing of solid and liquid oral dosage forms with strict SOP adherence.

You will produce and document batches, train junior operators, and optimize equipment and workflow on the production floor in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing with GMP experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs, document production activity, and train junior operators.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture GMP products, follow SOPs, and maintain batch records.
• Provide guidance and training for junior operators.
• Organize equipment layout and workflows for safe operations.
• Assemble, operate, and disassemble basic equipment.
• Operate automated or semi-automated equipment.
• Prepare materials and equipment for production.
• Escalate production issues to engineering and coordinators.
• Support equipment turnover and cleaning verification.
