Job summary

Catalent, Inc. in San Diego is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4pm) to perform cGMP manufacturing of solid and liquid oral dosage forms for Phase I/II trials. You will prepare materials, equipment and suites, follow SOPs and maintain batch records.

No prior GMP experience required; HS diploma or GED is required. The role offers comprehensive benefits, on-site amenities and opportunities for growth within a global CDMO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; GMP experience a plus.
• Must be physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials, equipment and manufacturing suites for production
• Conduct GMP manufacturing of solid oral and liquid oral dosage forms
• Packaging and labeling of manufactured products
• Pre/postproduction cleaning of equipment, supplies and manufacturing area
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production batch records
• Responsible for accurate documentation in production batch records
• May assist engineering with equipment validations, preventative maintenance, and cleaning verifications
• Other duties as assigned
