Parse Biosciences is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to support the expansion of our manufacturing capabilities. You will perform manual and automated production, kit goods in a GMP environment, and work toward meeting production goals with a team‑oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, follow established safety and quality standards, and contribute to process improvements. This role is based in Seattle, WA, with a focus on growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
• 0-2 years of hands‑on laboratory experience in medical device, biotech, or academic setting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Curiosity to adopt emerging technologies (including AI) to automate tasks.
• Great written and verbal communication and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and kit goods in a laboratory environment following GMP.
• Escalate observations to area management to prevent downstream issues.
• Perform cleaning operations to sanitize area, equipment, and lab supplies.
• Verify equipment and materials are in proper condition before starting work.
• Complete batch records, cleaning logs, deviations, and nonconformities.
• Maintain finished goods, WIP, and raw material inventory.
• Support PPE requirements and identify safety improvements.
• Review and revise procedures and training materials to improve workflow.
• Interact with Quality Control and Supply Chain for manufacturing and testing.
• Perform root cause analyses using 6Ms and 5 whys.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in safety, quality, delivery, cost, or efficiency.
