Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II to join our team near Bothell, WA. You will execute manufacturing processes safely and on schedule, following cGMP and SOPs, and maintain accurate GMP documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and at least 2 years of GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience, with familiarity in cell therapy or bioprocessing being a plus. This is a 3-month contract position with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years of GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Experience with cell therapy, mammalian cell culture, microbial fermentation, viral vectors, or plasmid manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of deviations, CAPAs, change management, and quality management systems (QMS).
• Experience with MES, ERP, or electronic batch record systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes safely, accurately, and according to production schedules.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, batch records, and safety procedures.
• Complete and review GMP documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform equipment maintenance, calibration, cleaning, and routine facility activities.
• Support inventory management and daily manufacturing operations.
• Escalate manufacturing issues and deviations to management and Quality Assurance.
• Collaborate effectively with Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.
