Job summary

AGC Biologics, Inc., based in Bothell, WA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of GMP manufacturing equipment and utilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with troubleshooting, and help ensure compliance in a regulated biologics environment.

Qualifications

3+ years maintenance experience, including at least 1 year in a cGMP, FDA-regulated, or biotechnology manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques for manufacturing and utility systems (autoclaves, CIP/SIP, incubators, analytical equipment).
Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of GMP documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Assist with troubleshooting, installation, repair, and calibration of instrumentation.
Maintain equipment records, documentation, and CMMS entries.
Support inspection readiness and facility upkeep.
Escort vendors and contractors performing maintenance on site.
