Job summary

Serán BioScience in Bend, Oregon, is seeking an Operations Specialist II to support the manufacture of tablets, capsules and spray-dried dispersions for early-phase clinical trials. You will follow SOPs, adhere to GMP, and maintain accurate logbooks and batch records in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in chemistry or manufacturing preferred.
• Approximately 2 years of GMP experience is desirable.
• Able to follow SOPs and GMP and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Strictly follow SOPs and GMP in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Complete logbooks, batch records, and quality records accurately.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and stocked production area.
• Operate specialized manufacturing equipment for tablets, capsules, and spray-dried dispersions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support safety and process improvement.
• Assist with training others and communicate effectively with coworkers and vendors.
