Job summary

Serán BioScience, LLC in Bend, Oregon seeks an experienced Quality Control Scientist II to support an extended manufacturing schedule and all in-process testing. The role emphasizes cGMP labs, analytical equipment operation, and data record management.

The schedule is 11:00 am–8:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with negotiable shifts to support manufacturing swing. The candidate will adhere to SOPs, perform routine tests, train staff, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated lab experience.
• Requires 2 years of GMP experience.
• Proficient with analytical instrumentation (HPLC) and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to SOPs, cGMPs, Quality Manual and company policies.
• Performs routine dissolution, assay, and impurities testing.
• Operates analytical equipment and manages sample logs.
• Trains and mentors staff on established processes.
• Supports process improvements and cross-functional QC teams.
