As a Manufacturing Associate II, you will play a key role in supporting the production of mRNA medicines for clinical and commercial evaluation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with peers and leaders while managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to life-changing work.

Responsibilities

• Operate bioprocessing equipment and maintain standard cGMP practices.
• Partner with QA, QC, and Logistics to ensure technical success and rapid product disposition.
• Follow written procedures to document process instructions, data, and equipment operations.
• Monitor operations to ensure quality and environmental standards.
• Assist in deviation investigations and share insights to improve efficiency.
• Maintain safe work habits and cleanroom/gowning standards.
