Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I for a client in Fremont, CA. The role covers 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) and 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) with a duration of 4+ months and potential extension or conversion to hire.

Responsibilities include executing routine assembly and packaging operations, adhering to GMP SOPs, and assisting with equipment setup, changeovers, and minor repairs. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential in this multi-product facility.

Qualifications

• High School degree plus GMP industry exposure or training.
• Biotech or pharma related vocational training is preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree is optional but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine unit operations in manufacturing assembly and packaging.
• Follow SOPs and document batch records and logbooks.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and minor repairs.
• Provide troubleshooting support for equipment and processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas (5S).
• Assist with real-time problem identification and communication during shifts.
