Job summary

SBM is seeking a GMP Lead in West Greenwich, RI to oversee activities within the GMP program, manage company and temporary staff, and ensure safe work practices. The role requires training and coordinating tasks, maintaining records, and reporting to a supervisor.

The position emphasizes shift coverage, equipment and supplies management, and adherence to site SOPs. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of high-tech experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license; forklift certification may be required.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees within the GMP program and coordinate activities.
• Train workers on safety, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor work activities and report to supervisor.
• Maintain inventories of equipment, supplies, and PPE.
• Log inspections and data, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
