Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Lead to oversee activities within the GMP program. The role includes supervising company and temporary workforce, ensuring safe work practices, and coordinating tasks per site SOPs.

Responsibilities include training, reporting, inspections, inventory management, and equipment issuance. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; forklift certification may be needed. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years high-tech experience or related training.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities within GMP program areas.
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities.
• Provide reports, such as pass down.
• Perform service and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Issue equipment and supplies.
• Monitor personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
• Report to supervisor immediately.
• Report accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Provide recommendations for areas that need improvement.
• Maintain records, training, inspections, data collection.
• Logbook compliance - accurate completion.
• Complete tasks as required by site SOPs.
