Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking team members to support scale-up and manufacturing of mammalian and microbial processes for clinical and toxicology supplies. The role involves GMP operations, analytical testing, data entry, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications include an associate's degree or higher in biotechnology or related fields, 0–2 years of laboratory/manufacturing experience, and strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 0–2 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execution and evaluation of GMP manufacturing unit operations (seed train, bioreactors/fermenters, centrifugation, filtration, chromatography, UF/DF, conjugation and lyophilization).
• CIP, SIP, aseptic sampling, parts washing, documentation, work order generation, and data entry/evaluation.
• Collaborate with laboratory and cross-functional teams to support testing timelines and operations.
• Perform routine analytical, compendial, and general laboratory testing in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Conduct testing using pH, appearance, UV-Vis spectroscopy and other analytical methods.
• Accurately document testing activities and results and review data for accuracy and compliance.
