Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks an analytical specialist to support biotherapeutic process development, focusing on large molecules such as proteins and polysaccharides.

You will perform qPCR, ELISA, UV-Vis and HPLC/UPLC separations, adhere to GMP practices, and maintain ELN documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• GMP manufacturing practices experience required.
• Experience with plate-based assays, qPCR and HPLC is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of GMP industrial experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to biotherapeutic process development teams for large molecules.
• Conduct qPCR, ELISA, UV-Vis and chromatographic separations (HPLC/UPLC) as part of analytical workflows.
• Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and ELN records.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The position will be providing analytical support to biotherapeutic process development teams, specifically focusing on large molecules (proteins, polysaccharides, nucleic acids, etc.).

• Good Manufacutring Practices
• Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR)
• Enzyme linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)
• Ultraviolet and visual light spectroscopy (UV-Vis)
• Analytical chromatographic separations using HPLCs or UPLCs

Qualifications

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

• Electronic laboratory notebook systems and/or GMP documentation practice
• Experience with Plate-based assays, qPCR and HPLC is required.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other related fields.
• 1-3 years of relevant GMP industrial experience
• Preferred experience:
• Empower or OpenLabs Software

• Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
