Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 2–4 years of related industry experience, or an MS with up to 2 years.
• Proficiency with cGMP and FDA-regulated clinical labs.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Verify data and confirm issue resolution.
• Perform cell culture, cell-based bioassays in GMP labs.
• Anticipate quality events and escalate.
• Engage with coworkers, customers, and management in a cGMP environment.
• Identify problems and solve proactively; seek guidance when needed.
• Contribute to investigations as needed.
• Support regulatory and client inspections.
