Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Lab Technician in Scarborough, ME for a 4-month contract. The role is 100% onsite with a pay range of $31/hr to $35/hr on W2.

You will maintain GDP documentation, support GMP/GLP systems, and handle hazardous chemicals safely. Required qualifications include a BA/BS in biology, immunology, chemistry, or related field, at least 1 year of lab experience, and proficiency with lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, immunology, chemistry, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1-year laboratory experience in a relevant setting.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP quality systems and laboratory safety procedures.
• Experience with laboratory equipment such as pipettes, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and incubators.
• Ability to work under BSL1 and BSL2 conditions, handling potentially infectious materials responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-level GDP (Good Documentation Practice) expertise and ensure all documentation remains GDP-compliant.
• Perform change actions and quality incident actions as needed to support manufacturing processes.
• Manage the safe storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals in accordance with safety regulations.
• Execute cleaning procedures for laboratory equipment and workspaces following company standards.
• Support inventory tracking, data input into SAP, and assist with cycle counts to ensure accurate supply management.
