• Maintain Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Improvement processes.
• Ensure issues are communicated to management and resolved.
• Participate in test methodology selection and validation as needed.
• Oversee training, competency, and recruitment of qualified personnel.
• Direct daily workflow and review results for PharmaDx Manufacturing.
