Job summary

You will support daily operations, SOP development, equipment maintenance, and coordination with research groups to ensure compliant, efficient lab performance in a GMP-like setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Nursing or Math-related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and documentation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational activities for the labs.
• Coordinate facility-related moves with minimal disruption.
• Develop procedures and safety communications aligned with protocols.
• Triage and track repair services for facility systems.
• Conduct space planning and routine maintenance.
