Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine in Philadelphia, seeks a cGMP Operations and Clinical Specialist to provide operational, administrative, and project support to the Clinical Cell and Vaccine Production Facility (CVPF) and Human Immunology Core (HIC).

The Specialist coordinates scheduling, billing, data management, and grant-related reporting across multiple teams in a regulated cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required with 3–5 years of experience in GMP/clinical operations or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cGMP manufacturing schedule updates and coordinate with CVPF/HIC teams.
• Recruit and consent donors, manage regulatory requirements, coordinate with IRB/OCR as needed.
