Job summary

Reckitt in the United States is seeking a Lab Equipment Specialist to lead the lifecycle, maintenance, qualification, calibration, and compliant operation of laboratory equipment within a cGMP environment. You will collaborate with laboratory, quality, engineering, and operations teams to drive improvement, data integrity, and regulatory readiness, while ensuring safety and quality across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field; experience in regulated environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintaining and validating lab equipment.
• Experience in GMP-regulated industries and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, calibration, qualification, and validation of laboratory equipment to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain equipment reliability through lifecycle management and documentation control.
• Provide technical support and training to lab personnel on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to support performance upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining compliance documentation and assisting CAPAs.
