Experis Technology Group is seeking a Document Control Specialist in Round Lake, IL, for a 3-month contract. The role focuses on GMP/GLP documentation, audits, and collaboration with engineering to ensure accurate release of product documentation.

The candidate will maintain SOPs, support documentation systems, and contribute to continuous improvement through disciplined document control across cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience in document control.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency with Word and document management practices.

Mansioni

• Review and approve GMP/GLP manufacturing and related documentation to support timely product and system release.
• Conduct internal audits of SOPs, training records, and other document types as needed.
• Assist engineering with product documentation, configuration, and documentation change requests.
• Support documentation systems by providing required documentation and implementing related processes.
• Maintain and update SOPs and internal documents; route, release, or reject documentation appropriately.
