The role involves reading and following detailed instructions, monitoring kettles, documenting processes, operating iPad-based food safety apps and maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and demonstrate verbal and written communication skills.
• Must understand written English.
• Possess intermediate math skills.

Responsabilités

• Follow certified formulas and GMPs to cook products.
• Monitor kettles and ingredients and document processes.
• Operate iPad-based productivity and food safety apps.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Assist maintenance by reporting issues as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
