Responsibilities

• Follow cook formulas and document processes per GMPs.
• Visually verify amounts and order of raw materials.
• Operate kettles and electronic controls/HMI systems.
• Monitor and document production processes.
• Use tablet-based productivity and food safety apps.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Operate temperature monitoring devices.
• Report maintenance issues and assist troubleshooting.
• Maintain sanitary production conditions.
• Assist in training new cook room staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per policies.
