Job summary

ISS Group is hiring a GMP Floor Care Technician in the United States. The role covers cleaning and maintaining floors in offices, lobbies, and public areas, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing.

You will operate buffers, extractors, wet vacs, and auto scrubbers while following GMP SOPs and safety guidelines. The position requires at least 1½ years in floor care, strong teamwork, and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and speak English; communicate tasks clearly.
• Minimum 1½ years’ floor care experience; GMP facility familiarity preferred.
• Knowledge of stripping, waxing, burnishing floors with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing.
• Operate floor care equipment (buffers, extractors, wet vacs, scrubbers).
• Maintain cleanliness of floors in offices, corridors, lobbies, and public areas.
• Follow GMP safety rules and SOPs; document tasks clearly.
