SBM Management Services Puerto Rico, LLC is seeking a Lead GMP Floor Technician to safely perform floor care tasks such as waxing, stripping, and buffing within a GMP environment. The role includes overseeing staff and temporary workers, ensuring adherence to SBM SOPs, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

The position requires ability to train staff, monitor equipment and supplies, and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers.

Qualifikationen

• No education requirement; 6 mo–1 year experience preferred.
• Experience in GMP environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work with others in a team to complete assignments.
• Perform repetitive tasks and maintain a clean work area.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment according to procedures.
• Provide reports and pass-downs; monitor inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
