Job summary

Strive Pharmacy, a GMP-driven compounding facility, seeks an Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain BMS/EMS systems for critical HVAC and cleanroom environments in accordance with FDA/EU regulations.

Requires a BS in engineering or related field and 3–5+ years in GMP automation. Experience with Siemens/ Honeywell/ Johnson Controls platforms and energy-efficient controls is essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of Automation/Controls Engineering in GMP environments.
• Experience with BMS platforms and HVAC sequences is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission PLC, DDC, and SCADA control logic for facility utilities.
• Maintain BMS/EMS architecture and ensure proper device communication.
• Develop and update HMI graphics for real-time visualization of facility health.
