Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator I to support Verona GMP manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant facility activities.

You will assist with preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, work orders, documentation, space planning, and audit-ready records under the Facilities Manager.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and 1–3 years of coordination experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities coordination or related role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support to Facilities Manager and team.
• Coordinate routine vendor visits, service appointments, and contractor scheduling.
• Assist with work orders and preventive maintenance scheduling within the CMMS.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, and files.
• Support purchase order creation, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
• Assist with tracking facility maintenance and small improvement projects.
• Coordinate office moves, furniture requests and space planning.
• Perform routine facility walkthroughs and report issues.
• Assist with contractor escorting and coordination during scheduled work.
