Job summary

PCI in Bedford, New Hampshire, seeks a Supervisor, Building Services to lead day-to-day facilities operations in a GMP environment. You will manage HVAC, boilers, clean rooms, and assign maintenance tasks to technicians while ensuring compliance with code and company standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of utility and facility equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, steam, boilers, chillers).
• Working knowledge of hazardous chemicals, OSHA, EPA, and FDA requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMPs as they relate to facilities maintenance.
• 3 years’ GMP facility experience in a technical role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and RAM.
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork and change management.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety rules and awareness and enforce PPE use.
• Oversee the facility’s day-to-day maintenance and inspections to meet code requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and plan PMs and shutdowns.
• Drive cGMP documentation practices and data quality.
• Support cross-functional teams with facilities-related issues.
